Grace upon grace. What an extraordinary reality! Each layer of grace builds upon the last, bringing deeper forgiveness, greater transformation, and abundant fruitfulness. When we first trust in Jesus, God's grace lays the foundation by granting forgiveness and spiritual rebirth. But it doesn’t stop there. From that point forward, grace continues to add layers: growth in godliness, victory over sin, maturity, and the ability to serve others in love.
This ongoing work of grace is not something we achieve by effort; it is received by faith, day by day, as we depend on Christ. He offers everything we need through His fullness, and as Colossians 2:9-10 reminds us, "you are complete in Him." Our spiritual wholeness flows entirely from His sufficiency.
The Grace-Filled Life of Jesus

One day, when we stand face to face with Jesus, the layers of grace will culminate in a glory we cannot yet comprehend. Until that day, we live in the wonder of "grace upon grace," trusting Him to complete the good work He has begun in us.

Lord Jesus, thank You for Your abundant grace, layered over and over in our lives. We rest in the truth that Your fullness is sufficient for every step of our journey.
